Key Responsibilities
* Contact potential clients, primarily Real Estate Agents, through outbound phone calls
* Follow and adapt sales scripts to maintain consistency and professionalism
* Generate leads and schedule appointments for our team
* Build positive relationships with prospective clients
* Maintain accurate records and manage communication tools effectively
* Represent the company professionally and respectfully at all times
What We're Looking For
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
* Minimum 1 years of experience in sales or lead generation
* Previous telemarketing experience is highly desirable
* Robust phone etiquette and confident communication style
* Self‐motivated, resilient, and comfortable handling rejection professionally
* Ability to work independently and stay organized
