Psychology Clinic Seeks Experienced Therapist
A reputable and well-established psychology clinic invites a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join its diverse team.
As a dedicated professional, you will manage a caseload of NDIS clients primarily consisting of autistic children, teenagers, and young adults, delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough assessments and provide expert interventions (CBT, neurofeedback, behaviour therapy, play therapy, family work, social skills training, etc.).
* Compile detailed case notes and annual NDIS reports while having administrative tasks handled by others.
* Collaborate effectively with a supportive clinical team comprising approximately 10 clinicians and 3 administrative staff.
* Participate in regular supervision sessions and ongoing training opportunities (CBT, TEAM-CBT, DBT/DVT, de-escalation, biofeedback, and more).
* Maintain ethical practice aligned with AHPRA and Psychology Board standards.
