Their pipeline is significant and includes some of Australia's most innovative developments in both the residential and commercial development sectors.
**The role**
Due to growth within the company, a position has been created for an Assistant Development Manager to join a high performing development team and play a key part in multiple masterplanned community developments. Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate Planning & Design Documentation, including DA's
- Aid in the Preparation of Consultancy Briefs & Tenders
- Maintain Compliant Project Record Documentation
- Assist with Maintenance & Reporting of Assets to Ensure Risk is Managed
- Aid in Management of Property & Tenancy Activities within Sites
- Work on all Phases of Development Process
**Skills & experience**
To be considered for this position you will have current experience in residential development ideally as an Assistant Development Manager or Assistant Project Manager in residential house and land developments. Other requirements include:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Property or Equivalent
- Have a General Understanding of Planning Process in NSW
- Experience in Working in Project Teams to Meet Agreed Outcomes
- Understanding & Experience in Support of Project Delivery
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
