**About the Victorian School Building Authority**
The Victorian School Building Authority (VSBA) is part of the Department of Education. Established in 2016, it oversees Victoria's largest school building program since the state introduced free public education in the 1870s. The VSBA upgrades and expands existing schools and plans, designs and builds new schools to meet enrolment demand. We also support schools to maintain their buildings and grounds by offering expert advice and coordinating maintenance programs and grants. With Victoria recently introducing two years of funded kindergarten, the VSBA is also working with the early childhood sector on a massive kindergarten construction program.
**About the Division**
The Corporate Division provides corporate support to all VSBA teams and fulfills an important assurance and oversight role. They guide VSBA to achieve strategic objectives and ensure decision-making is transparent and accountable.
**About the Role**
The VSBA's IPM platform is strengthening the VSBA's governance by improving our infrastructure management capability and mitigating integrity, delivery, data and financial management risks across the department's capital and operational programs portfolio.
IPM is comprised of 3 complex Oracle products - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC), and Aconex. These are connected by 2 integration layers, the Project Integration Framework (PIF) and Oracle Cloud Integration (OIC), with a range of adaptors connecting this Cloud infrastructure. In addition, MuleSoft integrations connect IPM and the Asset Management Information System (AIMS), and Entity Register for schools' information.
This role supports the VSBA's Infrastructure Portfolio Management Platform The primary responsibility of the role is to support the VSBA develop and maintain a suite of technical and training documentation for the Infrastructure Portfolio Management (IPM) platform, which includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Primavera Cloud and Aconex.
The role requires demonstrated ability to develop and support quality documentation, ensuring that this is produced to departmental standards and is otherwise fit for purpose from a user perspective. The roles includes the delivery of training to both internal and external users as required.
