We are seeking motivated, compassionate, and reliable support workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care to people with disability, including high-needs personal care and mobility assistance.
* Support clients to live independently, grow their skills, and enjoy meaningful, fulfilling lives.
* Assist with personal care, domestic assistance, and social support.
* Engage in activities such as music, movement, swimming, and community access.
* Work with a one-to-one approach to build real connections and genuine impact.
* Provide 24/7 on-call support and rotate 24/7 roster in Geelong.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Must have a valid car and be willing to provide in-home support to elderly clients.
* Ideally completed Certificate III or Certificate IV in a relevant field.
* Experience as a support worker, PCA, or student nurse is advantageous.
