Role Purpose
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for Crystalbrook Bailey in Cairns who have an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage. Applicants with that passion are encouraged to apply.
- Section Wait Staff – A-La Carte and Gastro Pub Classics
- Food and Drink Servers – early morning breakfast service or all services
- Conference and Events – drinks and buffet service
We offer shifts that range from early mornings in breakfast service to late-night cocktails in our venues. Our award-winning venues thrive with personality and culinary delights to suit every taste.
Responsibilities
We are looking for skilled and ambitious restaurant staff who can demonstrate:
- Considerable experience in premium restaurant environments
- Demonstrated passion for hospitality and high-quality service
- Great attention to detail and anticipation of guest needs
- In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge
- Willingness to take on ad-hoc duties as required
- Ability to prioritise and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Friendly and confident communication skills
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent wine certification/knowledge – desirable
- Queensland RSA essential
- Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings and public holidays
- Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months
