Key Business Development Role
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team for the Disability Services Division. The ideal candidate will lead the growth of our services by building strategic referral networks, generating leads, and converting them into participant placements.
In this key role, you will work closely with families, Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), and allied professionals to promote our service offerings. You will be responsible for revenue generation and service growth through the development and management of strong referral pipelines.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and managing strong referral pipelines through Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, hospitals, and community organizations
* Maintaining existing clients and acquiring new business
* Growing and developing Supported Independent Living (SIL) within our NDIS services
* Implementing marketing and communication strategies, including creating marketing collateral, social media campaigns, and advertising
* Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and business analytics to senior management
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the disability industry
* Extensive experience with NDIS and Aged Care services, ideally in business development, intake, or support coordination
* Strong knowledge of SIL, ILO, and SDA funding models and participant pathways
* Proven ability to develop professional relationships leading to business growth and client retention
* Experience in developing and implementing growth strategies aligned with organizational objectives
* Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS, relevant legislation, and standards
