Customer Service Sales Associate
This role will have you working closely with engineers, project managers and other tradespeople to assist them in accessing the products they need to maintain essential services.
* Provide expert customer service and information about products.
* Deliver quotes both in person and over the phone.
* Pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and ensure accurate product information.
* Undertake stock control activities and help keep the branch tidy and safe.
* Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has previous experience in retail sales or customer service and is passionate about helping customers.
* Is eager to learn and can quickly adapt to new systems.
* Can use a computer and is proficient in learning new software.
* Has a clean valid driver's licence and is open to working various shifts including weekends.
