We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Office Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and support our school community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, representing the school professionally and warmly.
* Effectively manage the reception area and respond to enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Provide high-level support for visitors and assist with various school events.
* Support secondary administration, including student attendance and staff room services.
* Assist with emergency communication protocols and maintain compliance records.
The ideal candidate will possess strong digital literacy, accurate data entry skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must also hold relevant certifications, such as a Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, First Aid Certificate, and 'C' Class Driver's Licence.
