**Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery Manager to join our team in the thriving Australian Energy industry. As Service Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting safe operations, operational excellence, service quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and legislation. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities include
- Operational Excellence: Oversee and support all aspects of service delivery operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Service Quality: Drive a culture of excellence in service delivery, focusing on customer satisfaction, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Safe Operations: Develop and enforce stringent safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment for all employees and contractors.
- Compliance to Standards and Legislation: Stay up to date with industry regulations, standards, and legislation, and ensure full compliance across all service delivery areas of influence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including the leadership team, operating business units, clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to maintain strong relationships and ensure effective service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports to assess operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and report to senior management.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, along with any additional certifications related to the energy industry and/or project management.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry, with a strong focus on operational excellence. Minimum 5 years leadership experience.
- In-depth understanding of the industry, including Australian legislation and regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
- Proven track record in implementing and maintaining robust safety practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards and legislation.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure and assist to resolve complex operational issues.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
