Job Title: Contracts Administrator
Sync Lift Engineering is a leading provider of engineering, maintenance and fabrication services to the Mining, Ports, Resources, Energy and Infrastructure sectors.
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee contracts administration, procurement and tender management, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and legislative requirements.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing and reviewing contracts to align with business needs and legal requirements.
* Developing and managing procurement strategies.
* Preparing, submitting and managing tenders.
* Maintaining accurate records of contracts and procurement activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience in contracts administration, procurement and commercial management.
* A strong understanding of industry regulations, contractual law and compliance.
* Experience in tendering, supplier negotiations and risk management.
