Responsibilities
* Provide high-level executive support, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, travel, and events, and preparing presentations and correspondence
* Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination
* Support strategic priorities by tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and assisting with board, investor, and leadership meeting logistics
* Oversee office operations, including reception duties, guest management, communications, mail distribution, and maintaining a professional front office environment
* Coordinate administrative functions such as onboarding/offboarding support, office supply management, and meeting logistics including room setup and refreshments
Requirements
* Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred) with 5+ years of administrative and/or office management experience, including executive support
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/Teams, and general office technologies; experience with financial systems or ERP tools is a plus
* Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
