Are you a Bartender with at least two years of cocktail bartending experience in a high volume environment? Whether you're positioned in our main Azure Bar, poolside at Breeze or at our adults-exclusive Summer Salt bar - we have the perfect role for you.
As we approach our busy summer season we would love to hear from you if you have cocktail bartending experience of at least two years. This role will suit someone who is very organised, experienced and confident with setting up a bar for service and managing multiple dockets.
**Stay 6mths and earn a retention bonus of $1000! Stay with us for 3mths and earn a retention bonus of $500.**

Your role *will require you to converse with our guests by explaining cocktail and beverage options, assist with dietary requirements and up-sell where possible. Ensure stock levels are maintained, your bar is kept clean and tidy, and orders are processed per service standards. There may also be some order taking and running of food and drinks depending on where you are working.

Four days per week minimum commitment required and the availability to work all of December and January.*

To be successful you will hold a current **NSW RSA or be in the process of obtaining one**, be a strong team player who works well with other colleagues on the floor during service and with our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably an Australian permanent resident with a commitment to longer term employment.
- WHV holders are welcome to apply, but will require a min of a 4 - 6 month commitment to the resort.
- Previous experience working in a fast paced Bar or Restaurant as a Cocktail Bartender
- **Available to work all of December and January**:
- Previous Hotel, Resort or Pool bar experience would be highly regarded
- **Current NSW RSA** and drivers licence
- High standard of grooming, presentation and communication
- Confidence in conversing with our guests and clients
- Actively demonstrate pride in your work
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including mornings, late evenings and weekends
