About the Role
Located in our Head Office at Boondall, the Business Analyst will provide expertise and technical knowledge about the business’ primary internal software systems to internal stakeholders. The roll will include being a first point of contact for end user queries, working to resolve issues with software applications, training users and creating documentation.
What you'll be doing
- Gathering information from key stakeholders in relation to the business’ internal software systems, to determine business processes, technical needs, and project requirements.
- Analysing data to understand business ICT needs
- Create training materials and providing end user application training as required
- Maintain and update training documentation as necessary
- Conducting ICT software application testing, such as system and user acceptance testing
- Overseeing the quality assurance of business systems applications and error resolution
- Liaising with network administrators, programmers and other Business Analysts to resolve any defects in products or company systems
- Undertake business mapping processes
About You
- A demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure ICT environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Great customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Previous experience with software troubleshooting
- A demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team-orientated environment
- A Degree in Business in an ICT-related discipline will be highly regarded
