The successful candidate will lead a dedicated team of professionals committed to delivering a seamless, client-focused HDR experience to candidates and supervisors.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with senior leaders across faculties, schools, and professional units to embed innovative systems, streamline operations, and ensure continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of leadership, strategy, and higher education expertise, including:
* A postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience in Higher Degree Research management.

* Expertise in HDR policy, funding, systems, and national/international research trends.
* Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
