**Help Desk Specialist Position Available**

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill our ICT Helpdesk Officer role, working on a six-month contract with potential for extension or long-term placement.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in Level 1 help desk support, with expertise in O365, Active Directory, Outlook, and MS Teams. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be double vaccinated, and hold full Australia work rights.

This position involves providing comprehensive help desk services across the organization, identifying and resolving tickets ranging from Level 1 to Level 2, and escalating critical issues within specified timeframes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for continuous improvement of ICT services.

**Essential Requirements:**

* Minimum one year of experience in Level 1 Help Desk Support
* Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software
* Previous customer service experience
* Document management and record maintenance skills
* Effective Communication skills
