Job Description
What This Role Involves
We are looking for a Program Manager, for a 12 month fulltime contract. In this role you will lead the delivery of Youth and Wellbeing programs within the Families, Wellbeing and Justice portfolio. You will:
* Lead the day to day management of Youth and Wellbeing programs to ensure high quality, client centred service delivery
* Recruit, supervise, and support program staff to build a capable and engaged workforce
* Monitor program performance, budgets, and contracts, reporting to the Executive Manager
* Ensure compliance with funding agreements, legislation, and Centacare policies and procedures
* Identify and manage risks associated with program delivery
* Support continuous improvement through program review, data analysis, and feedback
* Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
* Contribute to program development and organisational planning processes

Desired Skills and Experience
* Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Science, Community Services, Management, or related field
* Demonstrated experience managing multi-faceted services or programs
* Proven ability to lead, supervise, and develop staff
* Experience managing budgets, contracts, and funding agreements
* Strong knowledge of compliance, risk, and quality frameworks
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and service standards
