As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will be responsible for providing professional and welcoming support, as well as managing a variety of front-of-house and administrative tasks.
This role would suit a person looking for Monday to Friday 12-midday to 6pm in a modern office of happy people!
On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to:
1. Provide reception duties, including answering phones, greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
2. Manage meeting room bookings
3. Help with client and employee events and project managament assistance!
4. Organise refreshments, catering and IT for client meetings and events
5. Organize courier deliveries and engage with our supplier relationships
