Overview
TD Performance Construction is a growing carpentry and construction company servicing Bendigo and surrounding regions across residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking a qualified carpenter to step into a key role within the business, working across a range of carpentry projects including framing, lock-up, fixing, renovations, and general construction works. This role is ideally suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys responsibility, and is looking for genuine long-term growth within an expanding company.
Responsibilities
* Lead and complete carpentry works across multiple projects
* Read and interpret plans and specifications
* Coordinate workflow on site and maintain productivity
* Liaise professionally with clients, trades, and suppliers
* Mentor and oversee apprentices where required
* Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
What We\u2019re Looking For
* Qualified carpenter with industry experience
* Robust knowledge across residential carpentry
* Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
* Leadership qualities and professional communication skills
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
* White Card and current driver's licence
* Own tools preferred
