We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Services Scheduler to join our team. Based in Toowong, you will play a key role in coordinating daily care schedules for our clients and caregivers across the Brisbane Inner Northwest and Ipswich regions.
This fast-paced role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and adjust rosters efficiently to meet changing client needs. Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for older Australians.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create, maintain, and adjust the fortnightly roster for caregivers
* Respond to daily changes and fill shifts as required due to last-minute cancellations or changes.
* Communicate effectively with caregivers regarding their schedules, availability, and any adjustments.
* Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate caregiver-client matches.
* Utilize scheduling software to manage rostering efficiently.
* Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery.
About you:
* Experience in rostering or scheduling is desired (preferably in healthcare, aged care, or community services).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Exceptional administrative skills with the capability to manage a variety of tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with caregivers, clients, and stakeholders.
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changes.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
