**About the position**
- The Anchorage has a variety of dining and food offering across the property, including the recently named Best Seafood Restaurant in Regional NSW at the 2019 and 2020 Savour Restaurant & Catering Awards for Excellence, The Wild Herring which specialised in locally sourced, sustainable seafood; the Galley Kitchen which offers a more casual dining setting and provides room service and pool bar service to our guests; and the sophisticated Moby's Bar which is home to a selection of the world's finest whiskies, smartest cocktails and wonderful wines.
- This award winning crew is casting a line out for an enthusiastic and customer focused Food and Beverage leader. This full time opportunity is responsible for providing our guests with exceptional experiences; essential accountabilities include:
- Provide and project friendly, courteous and professional service at all times
- Set restaurant in line with booking requirements and customer requests
- Break down and cleaning of restaurant
- Assist with rostering requirements and shift coverage
- Provide staff training to new team members and assist with current staff development plans
- Supervise and manage staff on shift
- Resolve customer complaints
- Prepare and serve barista standard coffee
- Provide full fine dining table service
- Prepare and serve beverages; including cocktail and presentation of wine
- Facilitate room service, taking orders and delivery
- Follow RSA government legislation requirements
- Maintain cleanliness front of house areas
- Set up and break down of Function and Events on site
- Oversee and manage daily open and closing procedures
Our seasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday and school holiday periods, availability during seasonal peaks is essential.**Certifications required: RSA**

- You describe yourself as a senior Food and Beverage professional with exceptional customer service skills.
- You have demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for providing guidance and mentoring to colleagues.
- You have extensive section waiting experience, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to retain your high standards in a busy environment.
- You have an engaging personality and building rapport with guests comes naturally to you.
- Good knowledge of wine or exposure to presenting wine in a restaurant setting will be highly regarded.
