The purpose of the role is to provide an advanced level of the full range of general practitioner service to all eligible clients with a significant role in supporting other clinicians including mentoring of inexperienced clinicians and supervision of students.
Our service delivers high‐quality general dental care to eligible patients, including those within Corrective Services facilities, with seamless referral to specialist providers whenever needed. We offer strong clinical leadership and support for our team, managing complex cases within our areas of expertise and overseeing associated waiting lists to ensure timely, effective care. By working collaboratively with fellow clinicians and external service partners, we strive to achieve the best possible treatment outcomes for every patient we serve.
Mandatory Requirements
* Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration or membership with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia - AHPRA. Certified copies of the required information must be provided to the appropriate supervisor/manager, prior to the commencement of clinical duties.
* Vaccinated against, and remain vaccinated against, certain vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) as outlined in the Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16.
