An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture Manager to join a well-established Western Australian organisation during a period of growth and strategic focus.
Key responsibilities
* Reporting to the CEO, this is a standalone role in the People & Culture function responsible for partnering with senior executives to provide strategic People & Culture guidance and support across all organisational priorities.
* Full implementation and optimisation of Employment Hero to utilise its full functionality and establish baseline data, manager capability, and performance processes.
* Introduce succession planning, with a focus on developing female leaders and supporting progression across departments.
* Lead performance and engagement initiatives, including survey analysis and action planning.
* Review organisational structure and ensure it is fit for purpose and aligned to future growth.
* Strengthen HR foundations: workforce planning, recruitment, remuneration reviews, and compliance (including annual board reporting).
Ideal Profile
* Strong ownership and initiative
* Ability to influence at executive level
* Experience building HR structure in a standalone and SME capacity
* Comfort operating in a dynamic and social environment
* Capability to balance operational HR with strategic development
* Experience with Employment Hero is highly advantageous
