About the Role

This is a hands-on Talent & People role with a strong focus on recruitment delivery.

You will play a key role in helping KJR scale by attracting and hiring high-quality talent, while also supporting day-to-day People & Culture operations, onboarding, and internal initiatives.

Working closely with the Chief Operations & People Officer, you will execute recruitment and people priorities, ensuring the business continues to grow with the right capability in place.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (Primary Focus)

* Manage end-to-end recruitment across all roles nationally
* Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks
* Screen and shortlist candidates aligned to role requirements
* Coordinate and manage interview processes with hiring managers
* Manage offers and candidate communication
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
* Deliver a high-quality, efficient candidate experience

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

* Support onboarding and offboarding processes across VIC, ACT, and QLD
* Coordinate contracts, documentation, and system updates (HumanforceTalent, Salesforce, SharePoint)
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
* Act as a first point of contact for general HR queries
* Support day-to-day HR administration

Culture & Engagement

* Support delivery of KJR Collective events and initiatives (e.g. team events, engagement activities, internal programs)
* Assist with coordination, logistics, and communications
* Help maintain a strong, connected culture across a distributed workforce

About You

* Proven experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (essential)
* Experience in consulting, technology, or professional services (preferred)
* Strong sourcing capability and ability to identify quality candidates
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
* A proactive, hands-on mindset with a willingness to support across different areas
* Must be a permanent resident of Australia or an Australian citizen
