Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging instructor-led training, focusing on system navigation, workflows, and Microsoft integrations.
* Develop tailored training materials, including user guides, reference cards, and scenario-based exercises.
* Run demonstrations, hands-on workshops, process walkthroughs, and post-training support sessions.
