Job Title: Retail Sales Manager
About the Role:
As a key account manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key store accounts, driving results through analysis of sales and market data.
* Manage VIC & TAS stores across the full range of consumer electronics products.
* Provide professional sales support, merchandising, product training, and adding value to sales floor.
* Ensure store plans and strategies align with corporate direction, delivering growth in strategic categories.
* Analyze competitor activity and market dynamics to remain relevant and achieve sales revenue, profit, and market share.
* Forge strong relationships with sales staff to grow share within their business.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in sales with account management or retail experience.
* Tertiary qualification in business-related field or equivalent.
* Good understanding of consumer electronic industry beneficial but not essential.
* Proven ability to achieve targets by actioning goals & objectives.
