The role may involve

* Professional or lived experience supporting someonewith a disability
* Experience in providing high level care
* Experience using a hoist
* Flexible and good availability
Essential criteria
* An understanding of the disability/community services sector and person-centred support
* Transferable life/work skills along with a caring and compassionate approach
* A valid driver's license
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* The legal right to work in Australia
* Current Police Check
* Current CPR & First Aid certificate or willing to obtain
* Excellent communication skills
* A genuine interest in the wellbeing & inclusion of people with disabilities
