The Department Supervisor will play a vital role in leading the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. As a key member of the store management team, you will be responsible for maintaining high merchandising standards, driving sales results, and promoting a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Model exceptional customer service at all times
* Support and guide team members to deliver outstanding service and maintain a 'service over task' culture
* Actively gain, maintain, and share product knowledge with the team
* Support the management team to improve financial performance within the department
* Collaborate with the back-of-house team to ensure optimal product availability
Requirements:
* 2-3 years' experience in retail or a related industry
* Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving set KPIs
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
* Strong time management skills to prioritize daily tasks and meet deadlines
