As a pivotal leader at ABN Group you will lead, develop, and drive the people team to support and meet strategic objectives.
Reporting to the Executive General Manager, you will build on the people approaches that have been successfully embedded and further enhance the Group's ability to attract, retain and develop. You will lead a dedicated team who cover the end-to-end team member lifecycle and specialist areas.
With a focus on driving capability in Victoria, you and your team will work with leaders and team members to ensure that they recognise the priority and benefits of investing in the development of their people. You will drive the alignment of People initiatives with the Strategic Plan and direction.
