Role purpose


We're on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Guest Experience Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. From greeting customers and assisting with enquiries, to supporting retailers and centre operations — you'll be an ambassador for the Vicinity brand, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and care.

This is a Christmas casual position supporting our team throughout the Black Friday and Christmas trading period. The role will conclude on 31 January 2026.

Key Accountabilities

* Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every visitor enjoys a positive experience.
* Manage customer enquiries across all channels — in-person, phone, and email.
* Provide information about centre services, amenities, and events.
* Build strong relationships with retailers and support them with operational enquiries.
* Assist with day-to-day centre operations, including contractor management, safety, and compliance.
* Collect and report on customer feedback and enquiries to help improve the overall experience.
* Work collaboratively with the Guest Experience, Operations, and Centre Management teams to maintain high service standards.

About You

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, tourism, or concierge experience highly regarded).
* Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and building genuine connections.
* Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
* Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
