**About the Role**
As an Experienced Barista at Stellarossa Crestmead, you will be busy pumping out coffees and preparing cold drinks for dine-in and takeaway, while interacting with guests, taking their orders, and supporting your fellow team members. This is a casual position with lots of hours on offer, especially weekday mornings, but with some afternoons and weekends also.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Dial in grinders to Stellarossa espresso recipe.
- Interact with guests, taking their orders and providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Support your team members and create a positive atmosphere.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a barista.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- A charismatic, engaging, bright, and bubbly personality.
- High energy and productivity levels.
- Well-rounded coffee and guest service experience.
- Openness to learning and following systems.
