* A global leader in CX solutions with a strong foothold across BFSI, Public Sector, Healthcare, Utilities etc.
* Serving hundreds of enterprise clients worldwide, the business operates across multiple geographies with 500 employees globally, including 50 team members in AU and offices in Sydney/Melbourne.
* Partner closely with the Financial Services team to build a robust pipeline of net-new business across target accounts.
* Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customers, uncovering new avenues for revenue growth.
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business development teams to design and execute high-impact campaigns tailored to your territory.
* Expand focus within key verticals by crafting compelling, value-led propositions for target segments.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with major Financial Services organisations, engaging key decision-makers and influencers.
About You
* Demonstrated success selling high-value CX or adjacent SaaS solutions into enterprise customers.
* Deep understanding of the Australian Financial Services landscape, with experience engaging strategic accounts and key partners in this sector.
* Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior influencers and effectively leverage your existing network across partners and prospects.
* A track record of building and scaling business across Australia, ideally with experience extending into ANZ.
