Job Description
The SAP HR Team Lead is responsible for providing technical expertise in designing, implementing, maintaining and supporting SAP HR and Payroll systems.
This role involves promoting production change across businesses and providing specialist technical capability for SAP HR & Payroll components.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical advice within the SAP HR Payroll application, including integrated component architecture and design.
* Develop a thorough understanding of business operational and functional needs to recommend process and solution improvement opportunities.
* Design and deliver solutions that meet business needs, ensuring integrated operability across relevant modules and adherence to best practice IT principles.
* Assess, document and communicate change implications.
* Co-ordinate project tasks, including provision of key user assistance with training, documentation and data cleansing.
* Contribute to development, documentation and execution of functional unit and integrated test scenarios.
* Provide day-to-day system support, resolving issues, user training and education, analysis of new functionality requests and performance monitoring.
About Your Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* 10+ years of Technical Subject Matter Experience in a support and project delivery capacity.
* Ability to understand customer needs and clearly engage and communicate with them.
* Adherence to and enforcement of IT standards and industry best practice.
* Advanced experience with design, implementation, maintenance, administration and support of SAP Payroll HR.
* Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP FICO modules is highly regarded.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Commitment and willingness to learn, embrace emerging technologies and dedication to growth and self-learning.
