We are seeking a driven, polished, and proactive Sales Assistant who can add value in a fast-paced, multi-award-winning environment. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our lead agents through client engagement, lead generation, campaign coordination, and out-of-office responsibilities including open for inspections and final inspections.

Key Requirements
· Strong work ethic with a proactive, hands-on approach
· Confident phone manner with excellent written and verbal communication
· Tech-savvy — Box+Dice experience highly regarded
· Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
· Real estate sales experience beneficial but not essential
Skills & Experience
· Experience in real estate or similar sales experience
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Confident using digital tools: CRM systems,
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
