Overview
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Team Leader to join our on-campus IT Service Centre.
As an IT Service Centre Team Leader at Monash University, you will provide outstanding leadership to a small team of diverse and innovative IT professionals.
Our team is responsible for providing high-quality hands-on support directly to our teaching and research academics at Monash University.
You will also be responsible for building and maintaining positive strategic relationships with senior stakeholders from our academic faculties to ensure high-quality services that align with the university's research and teaching objectives.

About YOU
To be successfully considered for these positions, you will have proven experience leading a customer-facing technical support team.
You will be capable of liaising with senior customer stakeholders and of coordinating the delivery of high-quality IT services leveraging internal and external delivery partners.
Experience supporting world-class researchers and educators would be a great advantage, as would demonstrated experience with innovation and process improvement within large and complex organisations.
