This program is perfect for those seeking practical workplace experience aligned with their IT studies and future career goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide technical support for users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
* Assist with software development, testing, and debugging projects
* Support network administration, system monitoring, and cloud platforms
* Contribute to monitoring and risk management tasks
* Work with databases, reporting tools, or data analysis for business insights
* Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and end-users
What We're Looking For:
* Final Year students or recently graduated in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, or related fields (international students welcome)
* Basic knowledge of programming, networking, or IT systems is a plus
* Basic knowledge in areas such as programming, databases, networking, or IT support
* Familiarity with tools or technologies such as Microsoft Office, Python, Java, SQL, or cloud platforms (advantageous but not required)
* Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic IT environment in Australia
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
* Availability for at least 3 days per week during the internship
