Responsibilities
* Plan, coordinate and deliver third‐party maintenance activities in line with client schedules, budget, and quality requirements.
* Supervise and manage subcontractors, including day‐to‐day liaison, scheduling, and issue resolution.
* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with contractual, technical, safety and quality requirements.
* Monitor subcontractor performance and address non‐conformance where required.
* Provide regular reporting on maintenance status, risks, and performance.
* Drive continuous improvement across safety, quality, and operational processes.
Qualifications
* Experience managing subcontractors or third‐party service providers under contract.
* Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Experience using ERP systems.
* Excellent leadership and team supervision capability.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to analyse data and support reporting and decision‐making.
* Qualification in Engineering, Technical Trade, Asset Management, or Maintenance Management.
* Experience working in Defence or highly regulated environments.
* Knowledge of diving or hyperbaric systems.
