We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant/Team Manager to join the highly successful Bennett Team. This person will be responsible for driving the team’s business plan, managing diaries, booking appointments, coordinating listings and sales, and liaising with our administration team ensuring paperwork is accurate and in line with Harris Best Practice, all whilst proving exemplary customer service to every client. This role will be based out of our brand newly built office in Aldinga!

What your day will look like:
* Effective and efficient project management ie management and organisation of listings, sales, property marketing, liaising with trades and arranging keys, liaising with conveyancers and finance brokers, for each property their sales agent lists and sells.
* Operational management of the Bennett team
* Exceptional client service and management

* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate in a similar role (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills
