Are you driven, customer-focused, and passionate about the automotive refinishing industry? We're looking for an experienced Automotive Paint Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our footprint across the region.
About the Role
In this dynamic sales position, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our high-quality automotive paint, consumables, and refinishing products to panel shops, body repair centres, and trade customers.
You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product expertise, conduct demonstrations, and deliver outstanding service that strengthens long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of automotive industry accounts.
* Conduct regular site visits to panel shops, repairers, and distributors.
* Promote and demonstrate a wide range of automotive paint systems and related products.
* Identify new business opportunities and convert sales leads.
* Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers.
* Prepare quotes, follow up on orders, and meet monthly sales targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delivery.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting.
About You
* Previous experience in automotive paint, refinishing, panel & paint, or automotive aftermarket sales is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of automotive paint systems, consumables, equipment.
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
* Ability to conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance.
* Current driver's licence.
