About YOUR New Job
As Finance Manager, you'll take full ownership of financial management, reporting and analysis, while playing a key role in shaping commercial strategy. This role is perfect for a commercially minded operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys blending finance, operations, logistics and eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the trial balance, financial integrity, AP/AR, and cashflow forecasting
* Deliver budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting, variance analysis and group submissions
* Analyse margins, supplier rebates, logistics costs and workforce productivity
* Improve stock visibility, order tracking and operational efficiency through cross-functional collaboration
* Support ERP transition projects, data migration and technology enhancements
* Report and optimise eCommerce performance: conversion, basket size, customer journey and digital sales
* Evaluate digital marketing metrics including campaign ROI, traffic and acquisition costs
About YOU
* Experience in retail, distribution, logistics or eCommerce environments
* Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels
* High-level analytical capability and exceptional attention to detail
* Advanced Excel skills: Power BI experience highly regarded
* Exposure to Business Central/Navision or modern digital platforms is a strong advantage
