About The Role
This is a full-time position, fixed term until 30 June 2026 with the possibility of extension. The position is based across our Ulladulla and Nowra offices.
The Referral Pathway Coordinator's primary purpose is to promote and manage the HASI program's referral pathway to ensure equitable access for consumers.
The role will work with the Service Manager and referring agencies to refine existing referral pathways to enhance timely access to the service and eliminate barriers to access.

Duties
Triage Referrals
Conduct Assessments
Provide support services to referring agencies
Make first contract calls
Manage a small caseload
Monitor referral pathway KPI's, referral numbers and quality of data collection
Skills & Experience
Current AHPRA registration as a psychologist or provisionally registered psychologist, mental health nurse or occupational therapist (Mental Health) or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker.
Demonstrated skills and experience working in a direct service provision role in a psychosocial support program or mental health service
Demonstrated understanding of the operations of the public mental health services and of the legislative frameworks relevant to mental health, including the National Framework for Recovery Oriented Mental Health Services
Experience in the development, refinement and implementation of processes and procedures with good attention to detail
