That's why we're expanding our Customer Success department and looking for a Customer Success Manager. Our mission is to ensure our customers are highly satisfied, and we are seeking a strong relationship-builder to join our team and support our Oceania clients.
Within the Customer Success department, you will find Customer Success Managers, Product Specialists, Promote Specialists, and Onboarding Specialists, located in Sweden, Finland, Spain, Colombia, Canada, the US, and New Zealand.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
* Implement and onboard new customers.
* Help our customers use Teamtailor at its full potential, including integrations in our marketplace, best practices, and training opportunities.
* Act as a strategic advisor and goal-oriented partner for our customers.
* Work proactively with renewals.
* Build strong relationships with clients.
* Identify new business opportunities within our existing customer portfolio, including expansion sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
* Monitor customer accounts to identify churn risks and actively work to prevent them.
* Collect and analyze customer feedback and present findings internally.
* Collaborate to develop and improve processes aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

* Experience in SaaS.
* Experience in HR or recruiting.
* Customer success experience.
* Experience leading complex projects.
* Strong communication, listening, collaboration, adaptability, empathy, and negotiation skills.
* Engaged, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Willingness to learn and try new approaches.
* Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
* Fluent in English.
* Additional proficiency in any Asian language is a plus.
