Qbox is an established IT Managed Service Provider located in Middle Park, Melbourne. We have a focus on providing a high level of service to a diverse set of mixed fleet (PC and Mac) clients. We are seeking an IT Technician to join our growing team. As a member of the technical services team, you are a person who: focuses on customer satisfaction and communicating technical issues in a simple way, embraces automation and maintains comprehensive documentation to deliver high-quality, reliable services to clients, makes wonderful things happen for our clients and our community, delivers an excellent customer service experience, and doesn't settle for “good enough”, shows empathy and understanding towards client concerns and challenges and advocates for their needs within qbox to ensure their satisfaction and success, takes a proactive approach to identify potential issues before they impact the client’s operations. Offer preventive solutions and recommendations to mitigate risks, ensures that tickets and tasks are worked on promptly and resolved in a timely fashion in line with internal SLA’s maintains detailed records of client interactions, issues and solutions, maintains a professional and respectful tone in all communications, even during challenging or heated discussions, is open-minded and accepts coaching and feedback from peers and clients, and is self-motivated with a desire to continue personal development. The ideal candidate will have 6 months of experience in an IT Technician/Help Desk role.
