About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and providing exceptional customer service.
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager who can lead by example and motivate their team to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive store environment.
* Open and close the store, ensuring it is secure and well-maintained.
* Supervise the store and lead the team in the absence of the store manager.
* Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries.
* Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
* Design and implement visually appealing window displays and in-store promotions.
* Maintain accurate records, including cycle counts, product returns, and payroll submissions.
Key Qualifications
* 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Availability to work evenings and weekends.
