The Opportunity
We're looking for a technically strong and field‐focused Project Geologist to support brownfields growth and project development across the Mt Magnet tenement packages. Reporting to the Principal Geologist, you will take ownership of drill program execution, geological interpretation and project reporting. This is a hands‐on, site‐based role where you will be embedded in the technical delivery of near‐mine growth initiatives. If you enjoy running rigs, interrogating data and seeing your work translate into real project decisions, this role is built for you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and execute RC and diamond drilling programs
* Deliver high quality geological and geotechnical logging
* Supervise drilling contractors and manage field activities
* Maintain robust QAQC across sampling and assay workflows
* Contribute to geological interpretation and resource development
* Update geological models and databases
* Prepare weekly and monthly technical reports
* Assist with POW applications and regulatory documentation
* Collaborate closely with mine geology and technical teams

About You
* Degree in Geology or Geoscience
* Proven experience managing RC and diamond drill programs
* Strong logging capability and understanding of QAQC processes
* Competent in Micromine and GIS platforms
* Comfortable in a field‐based environment and working autonomously
* Strong communicator with sound organisational skills
* Western Australian gold experience highly regarded
