Havas Health is looking for a talented Junior to Midweight Designer to join our creative team and help shape campaigns for some of the world's leading healthcare brands. This is a role for a designer with 2–4 years' experience who loves turning ideas into polished, purposeful creative across digital, social, presentations, print, video and events. You'll work on meaningful healthcare and pharmaceutical campaigns that educate, engage and inspire healthcare professionals, patients and internal audiences. The role
Working closely with our creative team, you'll help bring strategic and creative ideas to life across a wide range of channels. You'll collaborate with Creative, Medical Writers and Client Services to develop campaign assets that are engaging, on-brand and built for impact.
You'll be involved in everything from early concept development and brainstorming through to preparing production-ready assets for digital and print. It's a hands‐on, collaborative role where your ideas, craft and curiosity will be valued.
What you'll do:
* Develop creative concepts and visual solutions for healthcare and pharmaceutical campaigns.
* Create engaging designs across digital, social, presentations, print, video and events.
* Collaborate with the Creative department, Medical Writers and Client Services teams.
* Interpret briefs and contribute ideas during creative development and brainstorming sessions.
* Design campaign assets that align with brand guidelines.
* Prepare artwork and assets for production across both digital and print formats.
* Present your design rationale and creative thinking internally.
* Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies and best practice.
What you'll bring
* 2–4 years' experience in a design agency, advertising agency or in‐house creative team.
* A strong portfolio that shows creativity, layout, typography and visual storytelling.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to manage multiple projects and work to deadlines.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Experience creating assets for both print and digital channels.
* An understanding of AI‐powered creative tools and workflows.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical or another highly regulated industry would be a bonus — but it's not essential.
