Requirements:
 * A minimum of three years' experience in a similar management position
 * Excellent business acumen, understanding of rostering, cost control and team development
 * A dedicated hospitality professional with wine knowledge
 * Able to work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays
Qualifications:
A Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent experience is required
