Responsibilities
* Plan and organise the preparing and cooking of food
* Discuss food preparation issues & procedures with Management, kitchen and waiting staff
* Oversee hygiene regulations & compliance with WH&S rules & regulations
* Produce the highest quality food for guests and take full responsibility of the kitchen
* Order food supplies
* Set up and establish new outlets with management nationwide
Requirements
* 2 years' work experience in a cook capacity
* Passion for food and knowledge of Chinese cuisine
* Ability to produce high quality and complex menu items in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
* Thrive in a high volume, high‑pressure environment
* High communication skills with Management Team & Staff
* Hygiene, cleanliness and safety
* Flexible to work a variety of shifts across a rotating roster including nights and weekends
* Have full Australian working rights
* Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
* Display initiative, honesty, hard working, and teamwork
