Territory Manager South Queensland/Northern NSWTerritory Manager South Queensland/Northern NSW2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from MacnaughtNational Sales Manager Macnaught | Strategic Account & Relationship Management | Sales Leadership | Business Development | Industrial Sales | Results…Territory Manager (Southern QLD & Northern NSW)Macnaught the manufacturer and supplier of leading brands Macnaught, Retracta, Lubemate and STM are now seeking to appoint a dynamic individual into the position of Territory Manager (Southern QLD & Northern NSW).About you, a strategic mindset, self-motivated with drive to succeed, seeking that next challenge in your Industrial sales career with a market leading Australian Manufacturer, you will own the territory and champion growth in lubrication equipment sales through our broad network of national and independent distributors.Home Office (Brisbane based role)Established high performing sales territoryAccount management and new business within territoryKey segments include Industrial Retail, Automotive, AgricultureRegular regional travel requiredKey responsibilities:Achieve sales revenue and gross margin objectives.Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new customers to grow the business of all company core product lines.Work with national key account manager to ensure effective execution of targeted range within the selected buying groups and key accounts during on and non-promotional campaigns.Manage customers’ expectations with a focus on solution selling to ensure products are considered industry best practice and strive to achieve market leadership.Develop, plan, and execute new business acquisition strategies to ensure the territory/region is achieving growth targets as set by national sales manager.Ensure sales reporting and rebate management is utilised with regular discussions with stakeholder to ensure performance is in line with expectations.Manage account discount structures.Sales reporting – CRM and monthly territory sales reportsSkills and qualifications -3 - 5 years Industrial Sales & Account management experience.Demonstrated Technical or Mechanical sales skills and experience.Excellent sales discipline and solution selling experience.Strong demonstrated experience in business planning and territory call cycle planning desired.Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.Strong relationship building skills at all levels.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation skills.Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft suite including Dynamics and BI desirable.Demonstrated experience in sales reporting & analysis.The role will collaborate and be supported by category, marketing, production, technical and customer service stakeholders across the business to drive net sales growth of channel partners.
