Key Role in Corporate Development 
Civeo is seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Corporate Development Analyst. This role plays a central part in the execution of mergers and acquisitions (M&A;) and other strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and long-term success. 
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong financial acumen, effective verbal and written communications skills, and the drive to make a tangible impact. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Build and Maintain Detailed Financial Models: 
Develop and maintain detailed financial models for potential acquisitions and divestitures using various valuation methodologies. 
Evaluate and Compare Strategic Growth Opportunities: 
Evaluate and compare strategic growth opportunities to support capital allocation decisions. 
Conduct Market and Macroeconomic Research: 
Conduct market and macroeconomic research to inform acquisition and organic growth strategies. 
Participate in Due Diligence Processes: 
Participate in due diligence processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external advisors. 
Prepare and Deliver Presentations: 
Prepare and deliver presentations for senior leadership. 
Maintain Databases of Prospective Targets and Competitors: 
Maintain databases of prospective targets and competitors, including valuation metrics and comparable company data. 
Required Skills and Qualifications: 
Bachelor's Degree: 
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field. 
Experience: 
1-2 years of experience in M&A;, investment banking, advisory, transaction services, or similar deal-oriented environment. 
Financial Modelling Skills: 
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills. 
Communication Skills: 
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. 
Organizational Skills: 
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. 
Critical Thinking Ability: 
Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking ability.
